Quality, safety & standards

We have been BRCGS Food Safety certified since 2005. We also hold an organic certification for single herbs and blends. In addition, we can provide a Halal or Kosher declaration for each product or blend.

Traceability follows every step in our production chain: raw material batch, supplier information, certificates, recipe changes, blending and packaging parameters, magnets and sieves, and packaging. All of this data is linked in our ERP system, allowing audits to run more smoothly, deviations to be identified immediately, and batch quality to remain stable. For industrial customers, this means predictable quality, lower risks, and faster documentation.
Yes. Our products are free of GMOs and are non-irradiated.
Through a production process designed and controlled according to BRCGS standards, ensuring that the risk of allergen cross-contamination is kept to a minimum.
Through VACCP and TACCP policies, supplier audits, risk-driven authenticity analyses and a closed chain of approved suppliers.

On average between 12 and 36 months, depending on the product type.

Changes are only made to customer recipes with written agreement. In the event of updates to standard products due to changes in the law, you automatically receive an updated specification.

Allergen cross contamination can lead to serious health risks.
That is why we work with separate storage and production zones, validated cleaning procedures, risk analysis, allergen mapping, product release controls, and ERP based blocks that make production impossible when a required condition is not met.

Yes. All products comply with BRCGS Food Safety and Regulation (EU) 1169/2011.
Specifications include allergens, additives, origin, ingredients, and shelf life.

We design and package blends in batch sizes tailored to the customer and perfectly aligned with your production process, resulting in:

  • waste is reduced,
  • production loss is reduced,
  • lead times improve,
  • audit risks are reduced.
The result: lower costs, greater predictability, and better margins.

Alle private-labelproducten worden vervaardigd onder het BRCGS Food Safety-systeem, met volledige traceerbaarheid en allergenenbeheer. Wij beschikken over een BIO-certificaat voor zowel enkelvoudige producten als samenstellingen.

Each step, from receiving raw materials to final packaging, is recorded, checked and only released following internal quality controls.

We have mixing lines with integrated magnets, sifting and weighing systems and dust extraction. All lines are released after cleaning and maintenance checks under BRCGS Food Safety standards.

Each batch is assessed for physical, chemical and microbiological parameters prior to being released.

We supply almost all herbs and spices that are permitted by law and safe for food use. If certain raw materials are unobtainable or only available in limited quantities, we suggest alternatives that meet the requisite functional and sensory needs.
