Les Thermal Treated Spices (TTS) de STOP Spices (en fran\u00e7ais : les \u00e9pices trait\u00e9es thermiquement) sont trait\u00e9es pendant une longue p\u00e9riode \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature dans un syst\u00e8me ferm\u00e9 avec une pression basse.
